Although Mega IPTV employs up-to-date technology and internal procedures to protect your Payment Information from unauthorized access, there is no guarantee that these measures can completely eliminate risks related to theft, loss, or misuse. Mega IPTV APP shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure, or other misuse of Payment Information, including credit card information. Rest assured, we will never charge you for the app or its services without explicitly informing you of the exact costs involved.
Payments and Billing
Rates and Prices: You acknowledge that you have been informed about the nature of the services provided and their associated rates and charges. You understand that Mega IPTV APP reserves the right to modify these rates and charges at any time.
Payments. You agree to pay
Mega IPTV APP fees are due at the time of your order. All fees are non-refundable, with exceptions detailed in the section below, regardless of whether your services are suspended, terminated, or transferred before the service term concludes. Mega IPTV APP explicitly reserves the right to modify pricing through email notifications and/or notices on its website.
Right of withdrawal
You reserve the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the service.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (email: [email protected]) with a clear statement (e.g., an email) indicating your decision to withdraw from this contract, or via PayPal/Stripe Company, providing your MAC address and transaction number.
To adhere to the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right to cancel before the period expires and to return the service within the defined time frame. Following this, the MAC address of the device will be removed from our system, disabling the use of the media player.
Should you request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase while utilizing our Reseller panel, all MAC addresses associated with your activated devices will be deleted from our system, resulting in the deactivation of media player functionality for those specific devices
Consequences of the revocation
If you choose to cancel this contract, we are obligated to refund all payments we have received from you, no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your decision to revoke this contract. For this reimbursement, we will utilize the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed upon otherwise with you; you will not incur any charges for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have confirmed the deactivation of your digital product or you provide evidence of such deactivation, whichever comes first.
You must inform us of your digital product deactivation without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your decision to cancel this contract. The deadline is met if you notify us of the deactivation before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
App Store Owners' Authority
The App is made available through various app stores, such as Samsung, LG, and the Android platform. We want to make it clear that we have no control over the actions of these app store owners. They have the right to review, approve, or terminate apps for any reason, including but not limited to violations of their policies, technical issues, or changes in their business strategies.
Termination and Deletion
In the event that the App is terminated or deleted by app store owners, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data, functionality, or access to the App. This includes any potential loss of business, reputation, or any other damages that might result from such termination or deletion.
Delivery of Services
Upon successful completion and clearance of your payment, the delivery of services will be instant. You will gain immediate access to the Mega IPTV APP and its features. Mega IPTV APP is not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise due to factors beyond our control, such as network or technical issues.
